That's awesome, but, I'm kinda confused...It sucks that he's dropped in the middle of nowhere, but, it seems to imply that the entanglement signature would be a bad thing.
So, should it read, "Skar'do's command ship won't be able to trace the entanglement signature."?
This is just for clarification, and I apologize in advance if I sound like an idiot! LOL Nice panel by the way.
This may be the Polish in me, but I'm not sure what's going on. Is he physically changing, hence the snapped belt (that's the baby kicking ;])? And didn't the private just read his Abe's energy signature? I guess that's why I didn't call dibs. Help a Polack out.
Sorry, I thought Skar'do was the little blue guy. The private sent him to the wrong place and still has sensor readings on him.
I was thinking a "space gate" as laid out previously was a wormholey device. A couple guys have called them "jump gates" (indicating to me a BattleStar Galactica interest). The main function of "jumps" in BSG was that they were a means of untraceable escape. So to twist here, if there was a miscalculation (putting him on "the other side of the cosmos") that could allow Skar'do, our blue friend, who hasn't had much screen time, a chance to track, follow and be seen again.
I tried to draw an abscessing abdomen so that either pregnancy, infestation, or mutation could be inferred and run with by the next guy. It looks flat and shitty cause I'm not any good.
I was hoping his sets up three possible (as well as possibly simultaneous) scenarios:
-Abe is infested, mutating and/or pregnant and out on his own.
-The Rangers need to race to find Abe, whether to stop his mutation or to protect him against Skar'do.
-The blue guy and his forces can track and confront Abe without his fellow ranger back-up.
Right on Matt, with all that dissection, I have a really nice panel to wrap that all together. I'll work on it tonight, and have it up by tomorrow. I know that fugdes the time a bit, but, I think the panel will be plenty worth it and it will kick us off into another chapter of this saga!

I'm calling dibs....
Oh wait, I AM an idiot! I completely read that wrong.
Please disregard my last comment and I still call dibs...
Plus, I think I know where you're going, so I hope I'm right by pulling on that thread...
my thread exists to be pulled by you, broseph!
That sounds dirty. I kinda like it. Is it getting hot in here?.. LOL.

if I was smart enough, I'd say something about the vacuum of space is the reason for no shadows...but really? I totally forgot.
